FAQ: FAQ

What safety measures have you put in place because of Covid-19?

We are ensuring we keep up to date with the Government's latest advice and guidance so that we can apply the correct measures such as keeping a minimum of 1-2 meters from our Customers and any Contractors we work with. We also have gloves, masks and hand sanitiser.

How long does it take to receive a quote or estimate?

This depends on the size of job/project you have asked us to quote for. We typically say for a smaller job, such as fencing or flooring, please allow approx. 1-2 weeks. For larger jobs/projects, such as an extension, please allow 2-3 weeks as we often need to consult with other Contractors and a Quantity Surveyor.

Once we have accepted your estimate or quote, when can you start my job/project?

We can't give a set answer for this as it will depend what job(s) we are working on at that time. We will discuss this with you as part of the estimate/quote process to ensure we can do our best to start the job/project within your desired timeline, although sometimes unfortunately this may not be possible.

What are your payment terms?

We will issue you with an invoice providing you with confirmation of the work we have carried out. You will be invoiced upon completion of your job/project or if its a larger job, after various stages. All invoices must be paid within 1 week of the date of the invoice.

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes, we have all the necessary insurances in place.

Are you VAT registered?

Yes we are VAT registered and therefore VAT will be added to all of our estimates and invoices regardless of the amount.

If you have any other questions about our service or the work we do, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
